Game time is a time of fellowship and great fun for all the kids as they participate in an innumerable host of exciting games. There is a different theme for each week that usually corresponds with the games we play on that night. It has been said that anything we do while we are having fun sticks with us. This is one of the purposes for the game segment, along with enforcing other important character qualities.
Bible time is a time of announcements, singing, crafts, and teaching from God's Word. This is another opportunity to instill within our young people the character traits found within the Bible.

The ladies of Chadds Ford Baptist Church meet the second Tuesday of each month September
through June. The meetings start at 7:00 p.m. and are held at ladies' homes and sometimes

Chadds Ford has several areas of music ministry, including choir and special music
for our worship services and other church services. We are committed to conservative
and traditional Christian music governed by the principles of God's Word. We do not
have any contemporary music. Philippians 4:8 provides general guidelines in this
area. It must be "true, honest and faithful" in its representation of the Word of
God. It should be "pure," not a mixture of the world's music with a few Christian
words sprinkled in, but "just and pure," reflecting the righteousness and holiness
of God. It should be "lovely" and "of good report" revealing God's character, and
without offense, meeting God's standard of excellence (Philippians 1:10). Good Christian
music should always complement the preaching of the Word and good sound doctrine,
rather than mood or experience (2 Timothy 4:2-
For those seeking to glorify God with their talents, many opportunities are available at Chadds Ford Baptist, including Adult Choir, Youth Choirs, Special Music, etc.
